The administration of Nigerian Navy Reference Hospital Calabar is headed by the Commander. He/She is assisted by the Executive Officer and other principal staff officers. The current Commander of the hospital is Surgeron Captain DI Adebayo - a Consultant Opthalmologist. She is assisted by Surgeon Commander ST Afolayan, a Consultant Gynaecologist.
